Job Description

Skills Formulating long and short term strategic plans and standard operating procedures to enhance operations Conceptualizing and implementing measures in operating procedures to optimize resource/ capacity utilization company wide
Responsiblity
Responsible for developing & approving policies and procedures related to clinical services Take part in dealings with vendors especially medical facilities of the organization
Participate in various administrative, clinical staff meetings Participate in the recruiting and credentialing processes Work with medical staff and employees and guide to improve overall quality of services & safety.
To be a member of Hospital Advisory board to review the performance of the organization To work closely with the executive management team to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve the medical practice.
Evaluate and monitor the quality of services delivered and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Review of all patient feedback and process improvement mechanisms for improvement in NPS. Ensure seamless coordination with the other teams to ensure the services to the patien
Establish & maintain budgetary control and ensure cost optimization across all functions. Ensuring interdisciplinary coordination to improve quality of patient services. Monitor clinical processes, charting/documentation, and financial data to ensure that all services are provided efficiently and
At the continuum care facilities addressing patient escalations, attenders, employee complaints/feedback and seek and institute remedial measures. Ensure all billings are streamlined, processed by working in tandem with accounts/centre managers.
Participate in orientation, competency evaluation, and education/training activities that are appropriate to identified learning needs of all staff. Maintains required dashboards / metrics / MIS so as to ensure prompt and accurate reporting to the management
Ensure the management of housekeeping including procurement, utilization and vendor management Working in collaboration with HR and Homecare team to ensure cost reduction especially usage of vendors
Planning, biomedical equipment procurement, recruitment of concerned resources to ensure smooth functioning of the home care and Continuum care facilities
Ensure the efficient, effective utilization of human and infrastructure resources including supervision and quality of the food & beverages department. For F&B the expectation is to work with the medical director, F&B supervisor and dieticians
